IKEA recommendations for optimizing global supply
I've heard that IKEA has a very cool management system for feedback, not only from customers but also from experts in various fields. That is, as I understand it, I can write them a letter with my opinion on innovations in supply or logistics in general, and they will definitely respond to my letter with a detailed answer. Oh, I'll also be eagerly awaiting their response, because I have a few points I'd like to share with them, but I'm not sure how they'll react. Incidentally, the article you mentioned gave me this idea. It's very detailed, but there are a couple more points that could be added to improve this model.
